I have been a licensed Physical Therapist for 15 years and have worked in the industry for 20 years.
I am a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist and am continually learning and seeking knowledge to better serve all my clients. I also offer dry needling in addition to a variety of other therapy interventions.
One of my primary goals when you attend therapy at BIL PT is that you feel valued, heard and served well. PT sessions are 1 hour in length and will always be with the same therapist. I am committed to providing comprehensive care and educating you on how to best achieve your goals and continue on once you graduate from physical therapy.

An essential part of my job is teach you how to treat yourself! We all lead busy lives, and I want to help you get back to yours and provide you with tools to prevent recurrence of your symptoms. Physical therapy is a team approach, and I look forward to joining you on your journey to feeling better!
I am committed to providing intentional and individualized one on one care to help you achieve your physical therapy goals by finding balance in your body, allowing you to do the things in life that you love.
I want my clients leaving their first (and every) visit feeling heard, seen, and cared for in a very intentional way. You are not just a number!
My goal is to provide excellent and thorough service to not only address your pain but discover the driver of your symptoms to prevent reoccurrence.
I love people, and I truly love what I do. One of my primary goals is that everyone who walks into Balance in Life PT will know that they are cared for and that they are not alone in their journey to recovery. I am here to serve YOU!
I truly believe that the more you know about how your body works, the better you will recover. Our bodies are amazing and complicated machines. One of my primary jobs is to educate you on how your body functions and teach you ways to treat yourself. Yes, it is great to see you, but I want you to be successful in performing your exercise program and treating yourself so that you do not feel as though you live in a physical therapy clinic.
Your time and resources are valuable, and I do not take either for granted. I am an in-network provider for most major insurances and will submit your claims in a timley fashion. While I am contracted with most major insurance compaines, I also want to provide affordable care to clients who are cash pay. Whether we are submitting to your insurance or paying out of pocket, when it comes to your care, I want you to feel that “the juice is worth the squeeze”! 😉
Your initial evaluation and follow up sessions focus on finding the driver of your symptoms and limitations followed by specific hands on interventions to correct and improve what is holding you back from your goals.
Our 1 hour treatment sessions are hands on to emphasize treatment that you cannot do on your own.
You will be given an individualized exercise program to progress your recovery and help prevent future episodes of similar symptoms in the future. Patient education is very importance, and one of Balance in Life's goals is to teach you to treat yourself. As much fun as physical therapy is, you have better things to do with your time!
Dry needling is a treatment used to address muscles, nerves and connective tissue. It allows the therapist to get deeper access to the structures involved and is an excellent addition to traditional physical therapy care. For more information or questions about dry needling, please give us a call!
Who am I?
I’m a small town girl who loves her family like crazy, thinks we live in one of the most beautiful places on earth and has a passion for helping people. You guys, I am truly blessed to love what I do. Every day, I get to assist people in getting back to the things in life they love. Whether it’s being able to successfully get through daily activities or work tasks, surviving that long race you have been training for, returning to your favorite sport, playing with your kiddos or grand kiddos, recovering from surgery or packing out that monster elk you are seeking in the fall, I am here to help and serve you.
I grew up in Wyoming and ventured west to go to undergraduate and Physical Therapy school at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. This girl confirmed that she was not designed for big cities, but thankfully met her wonderful hubby, who was willing to head back closer to home. In 2010 we moved to the Gallatin valley and are so thankful to live here! We have two amazing kiddos who we love to pieces and keep us very busy. When I’m not working, I love hiking, playing in my garden, spending time with my family, camping and just being outside in the beautiful outdoors.
I specialize in outpatient orthopedics, prenatal and postpartum mamas, ladies recovering from breast cancer surgeries, and sports related injuries or overuse.
